About this house sitting position in Donvale

We require someone who is working from home remotely or is retired. Our dog Henry is a COVID dog - ie he has lived with us basically 24/7 since we adopted him. We need somebody (s) who are around most of the time. He is six and still has a bit of the puppy in him.
We live in a largish four bedroom home with large garden on over an acre in Donvale. Our house is important to us and we have two lovely hens who love an hour in the garden foraging on a daily basis (pending weather). Very low maintenance. They love scraps.
But most of all we need someone to really look after our beautiful Henry when we leave. He is the best of all possible dogs and we always miss him when away. We would like someone who has had experience with greyhounds or likes big moochy dogs and they will be at the top of the list. We can't have anyone who has a dog as Henry was recently bitten badly by one of our friend's dogs when visiting. We cannot take any chances :(
No gardening required - just taking and bringing out the bins when needed.
You will need a car as we are not really close to public transport (bus about half a kilometre away) but we are close to Eastland. Smallish caravans welcome. A car is needed in case of emergencies with Henry etc.
There are lots of walking tracks around us to walk Henry but you'll need a car to get to them. If your car is tiny you can borrow our wagon but obviously if you have a suitable car that would be better.
