There are homes that are OK, even great, but the best are ones that when you arrive you feel most welcome. Most importantly, you can truly say you feel ‘at HOME’ when you enter the front door.

Our Drewvale dwelling has been our castle for over 22 years. From a lawned yard, we’ve created a wonderful rainforest / garden environment for us to enjoy and visitors to embrace when they visit.

The four bedroom plus study home is well insulated for the long hot summers. When it gets too much the air conditioning, fans, pool and the bi-fold doors help to handle those hot humid days. In winter the floor to ceiling windows and filtered sunshine make our home a cosy delight.

The living area hosts an open, modern and renovated kitchen, dining and lounge area, and then extends by opening the bi-folds to a level and newly upgraded deck hosting an outdoor lounge, bbq and octagonal table.

In respect of our requirements, our number one focus is our new acquired BILLY, a delightful cavoodle heading towards his first birthday. With up-to-date vaccinations, he is a well groomed and active dog, used to being walked mornings and evenings. The dog park, a mere five homes away offers an off-lease grassed area for the running and rolling around that has become an essential part of his daily ritual. He’s not a big eater, but having water always available is vital. You’ll love him!

Regarding our home, because we are big gardeners, Watering at least every second day in dry times and as needed for under cover plants is greatly appreciated. Because of medical needs, checking our mail is also much appreciated. You will have access to our media room, TV and our internet for your visit.

We certainly hope you enjoy your stay in suburban Brisbane, knowing also in a few sets of lights and freeway driving you can be in the the CBD of Queensland’s capital, at the airport, the Gold Coast or Sunshine Coast or be heading west to Toowoomba and beyond. The famous Scenic Rim is a mere 30 minutes to the south.
