No pets to look after. Comfortable home a short walk from Peel Inlet (Mandurah estuary and wetlands). Quick drive to nearby shopping centre. Lots of cafes & restaurants less than 10 minutes drive to Mandurah foreshore. 3 bedrooms available for use with queen size bed in one, 2 singles in next and one single in third. Medium size garden to keep an eye on & mow the lawn plus a few pot plants to water. Very big 2 car garage, parking for caravan behind a gate if required.
