About this house sitting position in Dutton Park

We are Paige & Grant, recently married, and we have a 16 year old dog named Spencer (maltese X lhasa apso). We live in a 2-bedroom (one setup as a bedroom, the other an office) unit in Dutton Park QLD and our unit complex has a swimming pool. We are flying to Europe for our honeymoon on 22 May 2025 and are looking for a kind and nurturing pet-sitter to stay with Spence until 1 June 2025.
Spencer is still active for his age however, his hearing and eyesight is diminishing which is why we are looking for someone who can stay in our home where he is most comfortable and can find his way around in the dark.
He's an old boy and spends most of the day asleep then springs to life at 6pm when it's dinner time! We will cook all of Spence's meals in advance and leave them in portioned containers in the freezer, hopefully making meal times super easy for our pet-sitter.
As we live in an apartment, Spence requires at least two short walks per day (morning and afternoon) for toileting and a good stretch of his little leggies. We usually take him for a perimeter lap of the unit complex, and sometimes up the street to our local coffee shop.
