Lovely 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment on the 2nd floor (no lift). Beautiful leafy view off balcony. Ceiling fans in lounge and both bedrooms. Bathtub! Nice appliances and a barbecue.

Apartment complex backs onto the creek so lots of lovely bird sounds and nice walks nearby. 5 minutes walk to the river and the Mowbray park ferry stop. Also lots of buses leave from out the front. We are very close to the city, and lots of lovely restaurants (happy to give recommendations if you like!)

We have two very sweet dogs, Alfie and Lady. Alfie is an 8 year old labradoodle, Lady is a 13 year old greyhound. They are both very friendly and good with other dogs and children. Lady requires medication for her arthritis twice a day which she happily takes in cheese. She also needs someone to sit with her while she eats her food, just old Lady things! They ideally go out twice a day, there is a dog park within walking distance as well as a community garden. Lady can't really handle longer walks these days, but Alfie is happy to accompany you on bigger adventures. We do live on the 2nd floor with no lift, Lady requires a bit of help up and down the stairs.
