About this house sitting position in East Bunbury

Our house is situated in East Bunbury WA, one street away from a beautiful estuary and a 15 minute walk from town. It is in a fantastic location.
We require a house sitter that loves dogs and is prepared to spoil her with affection and take for a short daily walk - the park is around the corner along the estuary. We have 1 dog a little shitzu cross Lily who is 13 years of age.

I would prefer a house sitter that will be home a lot of the time, someone that works from home or retired would be ideal. Also a non - smoker please..
We need someone that is a home
Body and will be here a lot of the time due to Lily having health issues.

Our house is a 2 storey cottage- spare bedroom is downstairs. Its a small home , quirky and comfortable. Im an artist in my spare time, so house has an assortment of colours .
Would suit a single person .

This area is very safe and we have automated gates and an outside security system.

My house is clean and neat and does
Not require a lot of maintenance. Garden needs watering and house plants
Lily needs a kind caring person as is ageing and is on heart medication.

“I've just finished an 18 day housesit with 18 year old Elmo & 10 year old Lily. Both easy little dogs, & even with Elmo's advanced age, he's so much better than many younger senior dogs. Lily supposedly has anxiety issues, but I never saw them. She's a sweet cuddly little dog. The house is small, but great for a single woman. A lovely outdoor area & an easy walk along the estuary into Bunbury centre. An excellent location to get a feel of & explore Bunbury. Communication with Di was excellent”
