About this house sitting position in Eaton WA

We are looking for someone to stay at our home while we are away for approx 3 months mid June to mid sept 2027.
There is no pet sitting just keep our small garden tidy the lawn mowed and house clean.
We live in Eaton WA .Next to a park and near the river. A nice quiet area. We have limited parking so no room for a caravan but could fit a small camper trailer. It's a 4 bedroom unit. You have your own room with access to the whole house other than our bedroom.
As this is awhile away yet im just putting it at there to see if there's any interest as it is for approx 3 months and you will have to commit to the whole time.
My exact dates aren't set yet but it will be from the end of June to half way thru sept..
