I am proud to offer a charming 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home located in a serene enclave of four houses. Situated at the end of the driveway, my home provides not only privacy but also ample extra parking right in front.

I share this cozy haven with two wonderful cats: Tuna, a relaxed black male who loves to nap, and Merlin, an elegant white male Ragdoll who truly believes he runs the show. Merlin enjoys spending his days lounging in the garden or under the patio, soaking up the sun. Both cats need to be fed in the morning and at dinner time, but if you are away for one night, that is okay, as they have their biscuits to keep them satisfied.

As the sole occupant, I am a passionate golfer who takes every opportunity to travel and explore new places. The tranquility of this community makes it a perfect retreat from the hustle and bustle—a truly inviting and peaceful place to call home.

My garden is equipped with a reticulation system, but some hand watering of plants in pots under the patio is necessary. Additionally, I have a water fountain that may require topping up with water once a week.
