2 x 2 plus office. Single story home. Largish outdoor area. Lawns front and back. Fully fenced yard in back.
Close proximity to parks, shops, buses, 10 minute walk to train station. Quiet cul de sac. Friendly neighbours. 10 minutes drive to Joondalup mall. 20 minutes from downtown Perth. Most importantly however, 2 dogs. male Jack Russel cross Shi Zhu. Female Kelpy cross. Spoiled rotten but that's what they're for.
