About this house sitting position in Ermington
Three bedroom villa in a small, quiet and safe strata complex. I’m looking for someone to enjoy a relaxing stay, enjoy the area and wider surrounds, water my plants (I do have many) twice a week and feed the goldfish daily.
Two story villa with most / all of the living done on the ground floor. Well appointed place, three bedrooms, bathroom, en-suite, kitchen, open plan dining / lounge area, internal laundry and small backyard.
Visitor parking, street parking, 5min walk to the bus to go to the City, Parramatta, train station, etc. Short drive to local shops and little further to larger complexes. Very conveniently located.

“Lulu was such a sweet dog to care for at Robert's clean and organised townhouse. He left well-prepared written instructions and was very generous and friendly in all interactions. Comfortable bed, fast wifi and great shower pressure made this a five star sit. Bus just down the road with a 5 minute trip to West Ryde station and shops. Would love to return.”
