About this house sitting position in Everton Hills

On holiday for 3 weeks. I live adjacent to Bunyaville Conservation Park and each year have a big problem with the brush turkeys - they has successfully built a nest on 3 occasions & in doing so destroyed my garden. If you dont let him start a nest life is much better. The important duty will be to keep the Brush Turkey out and not let him build a nest!
This is a modern brick home that fronts onto a cul de sac and backs onto Bunyaville Conservation Park. 3 Bedrooms + study. 2 Bathrooms. Native mulched backyard.
In turkey season I need someone to be home much of the time to keep the turkey out - would suit a retired person/couple or someone working from home. No cats as I back onto a native forest. A dog could be difficult as there is no fence between the house and the road.
