About this house sitting position in Ferny Grove

Could you help and look after our pets while we are away? An elderly cat (cuddly) who lives in the house, together with 2 guinea pigs (cute but shy) and our 9 year old bull-arab (friendly and very excitable) who resides in the back yard.
The house is single story, 3 bedrooms, 1 study (Wi-fi/Internet available),
1 bathroom, 1 separate toilet and a laundry.
The kitchen/lounge area has got air conditioning and so has the master bedroom. The other bedrooms have ceiling fans. The house has a washing machine, dryer, microwave and dishwasher. The stove/oven is operated with gas. The back yard has an under cover area with BBQ and lounges. The garden is a medium size.
It is about 10-15 min. to Ferny Grove train station by foot. The train has a direct line into Brisbane's CBD.
Bicycle and walking tracks are not far from the house.
There is a Coles supermarket and a few other small shops close by. You find Woolworth/Aldi/shops/food outlets/pub at Keperra about a 5 min. car drive away.
Our cat is very friendly. The piggies are in a cage inside and have another outside cage as well. The dog loves company and gets on well.
The garden needs only watering with a hose.
