About this house sitting position in Ferny Hills

Our home has 2 storeys but we live entirely on the top floor. There is a main bedroom with an ensuite, 2 other bedrooms, a small main bathroom, a large open living space with lounge, dining and kitchen. Floors are all timber so they are easy to clean. There is a large back deck which has good views and access to the garden. The laundry is enclosed on the deck. It has a tub, washing machine and dryer. The garden is quite large, but it will hopefully be set up so there isn’t much to do - unless you want to! We have a gas cooktop, electric oven and an air fryer.
We are close to small shopping centres, (fruit and veges, cafe), hotel and railway station - all within walking distance. There are also 3 larger shopping centres within 10 minutes drive.
The house has Wi-Fi, large screen TV and reverse cycle air conditioning.
There are no pets.
