About this house sitting position in Ferny Hills

We are seeking a responsible and reliable house sitter to care for our comfortable 3-bedroom home and friendly, cuddly cat in Ferny Hills, Queensland, for a period of five weeks, starting 16. August to 19. September.
Our home offers 3 bedroom, a beautiful garden and modern kitchen and bathroom. We're looking for someone who will treat our home with respect and provide loving care for our affectionate but shy cat.

Responsibilities include:
* Pet Care: Feeding, litter box maintenance, and providing companionship for our indoor cat.
* Home Security: Ensuring the property is secure.
* Basic Housekeeping: Keeping the house tidy and clean.
* Basic garden maintenance (mowing), but not a dealbreaker if this can’t be provided.
* Mail Collection: Bringing in mail if required.

We are looking for someone who is:
* Trustworthy and dependable.
* Experienced with cats.
* Respectful of our property.
* A non-smoker.
* Able to provide references.

This is a great opportunity for a quiet individual or couple looking for a temporary base in a lovely area, close to Samford and walking distance to Ferny Grove trainstation.
