Large house with deck and private garden. Two bedrooms plus two study/office rooms. two bathrooms. Open fire, gas heat, reverse cycle air. 7km to city, 5km to beach, lots of parks. Large 5year old German Shepherd, needs plenty of exercise. House and some garden care along with feeding the fish in the garden pond would also be needed.
