Lovely split level home in tropical setting with superb panoramic views through palms and shea oaks looking out over the reserve directly opposite and over Wallis Lake. Only 80 metres from the lake with access to the lake directly opposite.
Located at the southern end of Forster and only a short 10 min drive south from beautiful beaches such as Booti Booti, Elizabeth, Blueys, Boomerang and Smiths Lake.
To the north -
3 mins from local shops - BWS, butcher, milkbar, fish and chips
5 mins from Stocklands local shopping centre
7 mins from Forster cafes, restaurants, retail stores and all other amenities, including Forster and One Mile beach and sea pools.
Go over the bridge to Tuncurry and see the beautiful Wallis Lake with crystal blue waters and local dolphins.

Accommodation:
Sunny Bedroom with queen bed and separate change room with dresser and seating area.
Bathroom with large shower.
Kitchen and large living areas and sunroom.
Large gas fireplace and tv with netflix, stan, prime.
Tropical garden out the front and lovely outdoor dining area out the back flows on to terraced herb and vegetable gardens.
Some plants inside and putside would require watering.

My cats, Aslan and Semira:
Brother and sister rescue cats, 5 years old.
Large medium to long haired tabbies. Look a bit like Norwegian Forest cats.
They are not used to people as I live on my own. When I have visitors thry hide. So I am looking for someone, preferrably a lady, as my cats have only been around me.
They are fed twice a day and litter would need changing as required.
