“Virginia is a lovely person with a big heart, who made me feel so welcome from the start. She provided clear, comprehensive instructions on the care of her beautiful kitty cat and home, as well as extra useful information about the area ( such as when bin night was; what buses to catch where- along with timetables she'd printed out for me!). Really, Virginia went above and beyond, even presenting me with a gift, which was so unexpected and sweet. Additionally, the neighbours in the surrounding units were friendly and caring- letting me know that they were also there for me should I need them. I felt welcomed and comfortable during my time there. Thanks so much, Virginia and Heidi! ”

“I had the pleasure of looking after Heidi for Virginia. She isnt big on the affection but does like company and can be chatty. Took about a week to win her over and have her sleeping on my chest. Virginia provides a cute cozy little pad in a quiet pocket of Frankston, her instructions were clear and her house simple to maintain, would happily help her out again anytime :)”
