About this house sitting position in Gardenvale

Spacious period house, close to suburban train line and on a bus route. 16 mins to the city on the train or 14 to Richmond/MCG. We have a smallish rear garden up against an indoor/outdoor bbq area with table and outdoor seating, plus a side and traditional front garden. House is on a corner. Can provide off-street parking with council parking permit. Garden has watering system but pots need extra water. Have a 4 yr old Labrador who needs walking and loves companionship. Nice walk to the beach (photo taken near our local dog beach) and large parks/dog off-leash areas. 250m to small shopping centre, bars and restaurants. All the usual amenities - internet, Netflix access, good security in a friendly bayside neighbourhood.

“I thoroughly enjoyed caring for Lila. She was a beautiful dog and very well behaved and already I miss her. A comfortable house to sit and communication with Peter and Virginia was excellent. Absolutely no problems at all with anything. Very convenient spot near to the train and some shops. If I was available again I would love to care for her in the future.
