We have a beautifully renovated large home set on a 5 acre bush block IN TOWN!!

There is a an approx 1 acre fenced house yard. 3 dams on the rear of the property outside the fence line.

We also have an adorable golden retriever called Sunny!

Sunny requires food and water every day and a play outside/walk once a day. He loves being outside but he must sleep inside at night.

We have a fully set up child/ baby room full of toys. This room has a single bed and a full-size cot.

The second room has a queen bed with built in wardrobes and a chest of drawers.

Our guest bathroom has just been renovated with dual basins, a rain shower and separate bathtub.

Our kitchen is large and modern, with a walk-in-pantry.

All rooms have aircon/heating.

We have space for your caravan, but we don't have anywhere to put it undercover unfortunately.

We have a couple of plants that will need watering every second/third day.

We are 7 minutes from the centre of town.

Gatton is close to Toowoomba and Brisbane.
