About this house sitting position in Gawler

It is a beautiful late 1800s home on a large block. Three bedrooms and lots of character! There's aircon, fast internet and a TV with Netflix, a PlayStation, etc. We love music and have a piano, guitars and a drum kit.

We have two large dogs called Guinness and Eevee who are extremely loveable and friendly. Other dogs are welcome but Guinness is not a fan of cats or birds.

There is a queen size bed in one room, and a day bed that can also convert into a double in another room. The third room does not have a bed currently.

Children are welcome but as Eevee and Guinness can be a bit excitable our house is probably not good for small children or people with mobility issues.

The town of Gawler is a small town on the very outskirts of metro Adelaide. There are cafes, pubs and shops within a short walk of the house and the Barossa Valley is a 15 minute drive away.

“Georgie made the booking easy with a well-structured house instructions document. Looking after Eevee and Guiness was also easy, as they are lovely puppers. Eevee being part working dog LIVES for her ball. If the ball is available, it's in her mouth, at her side or being pushed into your lap. Guinness, on the other hand, couldn't care less about the ball unless it's in Eevee's mouth. Guinness is a shadow-dog: always at your side or wondering where you're going.”

“ Eevee and Guinness were awesome pups. I loved looking after them..they are so cute and friendly. Their home was lovely and homely and Georgie and Tom were great. They wrote me an awesome letter and gave me tips on the local wineries too..though i had so much fun walking the dogs..wine was not on my mind ?..It was a total pleasure dealing with Georgie and Tom and they are a lovely couple. This was a terrific assignment. Five stars. Choice assignment. Big two big thumbs up.?‍♀️??? ”
