Country house 3 bedroom.
Big kitchen with a view at Ghinni Ghinni Creek. House is 5 meters from the Creek. Good fishing spot too. Big property to take a beautiful walk. It is Neighbourhoods cows around but they all Fenced.
As self, we don’t have farm animals.
Gravel road from freeway.
25 min drive from Taree, Old Bar , Harrington. Many different beautiful beaches around, waterfalls, forests.
We have 2 young female desex cats. They have to sleep at night in the house. They love to be around people and love attention during the day. They are very friendly and love to play. They eat twice per day, morning and evening + we have 1wild cat who came at evening only to eat. (She look after herself).
House has all facilities: gas stove and electric oven, fridge, microwave, hot and cold water, electricity, internet,WiFi, YouTube, TV, aircon.
Some pots plants around the house need to be watered. House needs to keep clean.
