About this house sitting position in Glossodia
We require a house sitter to look after our 'furry family' and our house in September 2020.
Glossodia is a quiet semi rural area, but close to shops and services. Aldi and Coles plus a range of smaller stores are at Nth Richmond which is 8km away. Richmond and Windsor have all the services you could want and are 10 & 11km away respectively.
Our house is modest but comfortable, and is set on 5 acres. We have 2 ponies and 1 dog that require sitting.
The dog (Buddy) is low maintenance, friendly and pretty straightforward to care for.
The ponies are not difficult either, but we would prefer someone who has had some experience with horses - handling, making up feeds, rugging/unrugging and being able to identify if something not right with them (eg: colic).
If you're travelling with a caravan or RV, we have plenty of space for you to maneuver and park your vehicle - and power and water are available if you choose to stay in your caravan/RV.
