Peaceful Mermaid Waters house sit with Cash

I’m looking for one calm, reliable and responsible person to enjoy my comfortable home in Mermaid Waters, near Nobby Beach, while I’m away.
The house is in a quiet, safe neighbourhood close to the beach, shops and public transport. It has a pool, but no pool maintenance is required—just keep an occasional eye on it and let me know if anything seems unusual.
Cash is a beautiful, mellow 10-year-old rescue dog and wonderful company. However, he is not dog-friendly. The sitter must be comfortable managing him safely around other dogs, choosing quiet off-peak walking times and using routes where dog encounters are less likely. Busy dog areas and dog parks are not suitable.
You’ll also need to:
- Give Cash regular walks and companionship.
- Water the indoor plants.
- Water the lawn approximately every two or three days.
- Keep the home clean, tidy and peaceful.
This would suit someone active enough to enjoy daily walks, but calm, respectful and home-oriented. It is not suitable for someone planning parties or using the house as a social base.
The arrangement is for one sitter only, rather than a couple. Previous dog- or house-sitting experience and references are preferred. A meet-and-greet with Cash will be arranged before the stay.
