About this house sitting position in GRAFTON
Older style elevated weatherboard home with 2 available bedrooms. Clean and functional bathroom that is however due for renovation. Small garden areas surround the home. Located in residential area across road from recreation park and within close walking distance to town centre.
I would like the house sitters to enjoy caring for well trained dogs, being confident to walk, feed them and visit the nearby dog park for off leash runs. Both desexed females, one is a 3 year old labrador retriever, and the other, a 1 year old blue heeler cross. They are both very friendly, gentle girls who happily live out of the house.
There are also 2 small aviaries with several birds that need their water and seed monitoring and replacing.
The Clarence River with riverside parks is within walking distance and coastal beaches, a short 30 to 40 minute drive.
