About this house sitting position in GRAFTON

Enjoy the iconic Jacaranda Festival and the beautiful beaches and national parks of the Clarence Valley and Northern Rivers area.
My home is an older style clean and comfortable elevated weatherboard home with 2 available bedrooms. Queen bed and air con in each. Air con in living area.
Clean and functional small bathroom
Driveway with 2.90 width, 5.90 length may be suitable for smaller caravan parking.
Small garden areas surround the home would require minimal maintenance.
Located in residential area across road from recreation park and within close walking distance to town centre.
I would like the house sitters to enjoy caring for my 2 girls, one is a 3 year old labrador retriever, and the other, a 18 month old blue heeler cross. They are both very friendly, gentle girls who happily live out of the house but love a cuddle and some ball play.
If you are confident to exercise them that would be great but I can organise a dog walker for visits to the dog park.
Feeding requirements are morning and evening. There will be individual prepared feeds in a freezer.
There are also 2 small aviaries with several birds that need their water and seed monitoring and replacing,
The Clarence River with riverside parks is within walking distance and coastal beaches, a short 30 to 40 minute drive. Read more...
