About this house sitting position in GRUYERE

HOUSE SITTER REQUIRED FOR BEAUTIFUL HOUSE IN THE YARRA VALLEY
We are looking for a lovely person or people to look after our 4-bedroom home for up to 6 months, possibly longer, commencing the end of March 2026.
The ideal person or people will be tidy and enjoy having a wonderful garden as well as plenty of entertainment spaces to enjoy. The house is a large roomy property that is self-contained with all required whitegoods, hardwood floors, raked ceilings, a dam, double carport, solar energy and a water tank.
There is air conditioning in the main living room and ceiling fans throughout. Two large open fireplaces and wall heating keep the house cozy in the cooler months. Broadband internet is available if required.
There are no pets to care for, and a contractor will look after the gardens.
The house is on the market, so there is likely to be regular inspections that will require you to maintain the property in a suitably clean condition. We will ensure that you are given notice of scheduled inspections. If the house is sold, the sitter will be given at least two months’ notice.
