About this house sitting position in Hamlyn Heights

We are looking for a reliable house sitter to look after our house, garden and dog from Wednesday 3rd January 2023 to Tuesday 9th of January 2023 (6 days). End date is flexible. Also happy if you need to arrive before the 3rd.

Our home is located in Hamlyn Heights, on the western side of Geelong. We are located on a relatively quiet street.

Access to the Geelong ring road is relatively easy, putting you within 30 minutes travel of the Surf Coast towns of Torquay and Anglesea. Melbourne is about an hours drive away (depending on traffic and time of day). The Bellarine Peninsula towns of Queenscliff, Portarlington and Barwon Heads are all within 45 minutes travel.

Our home is located on about 800 sq metres and has a central kitchen, 4 bedrooms (one set up as a guest room), a study, 2 living areas and two bathrooms. There is ducted cooling. We have an extensive undercover outdoor deck. Off street parking is available. We have unlimited cable internet.

We have a very chilled and social 8 year old dog called 'Lily'. Lily is a Koolie X Border Collie that enjoys regular walks, especially along the beach or Barwon River. She is obedient and easy to manage.

Care and maintenance duties include:
- Daily garden watering;
- Walking the dog. Feeding, watering and "cleaning up" after the dog;
