House overlooking lovely, treed parkland and extensive, suburban lake in a very quiet area! Two lovely, friendly, easy dogs, labradoodle 3 years and sleepy, older Maltese, Shitzu 15 years, 3 independent cats and a fish tank to care for! All easy!
Well Maintained, Modern, multi living areas, balcony, spa bath, bikes, scooters, trampoline, piano, table tennis and lovely extensive garden areas to relax in! Walking, cycling, scooting track around front lake. Many trout have been added for fishing! Close to extensive shopping centre, wave pool and gym, sports facilities, movie theatre and multiple other conveniences. Gateway to many beautiful areas of Victoria, 15 to 40 minutes drive away for day tours or exploration! Please Enjoy!

“Yvonne is a very bubbly, friendly lady for whom I enjoyed housesitting..
Changeover before she left for her holiday went smoothly and we were able to develop rapport with each other.
Yvonnes notes were informative and helpful and I really enjoyed looking after Buddy, Missy, the 3 cats and 3 chickens.
Set in a beautiful location opposite the lake and park, Buddy, Missy and I enjoyed walking along it.
Would be pleased to housesit again for Yvonne in the future.
