About this house sitting position in Hervey Bay

We are looking for a sitter/s to care for our suburban property for the month of June.
We have a small, one bedroom home, in the non-touristy area of Urangan, and a bit of a hodgepodge of a garden with lawns, front and back, and pot plants in the covered areas.
There is a reasonably large outside BBQ area with a lot of pot plants.
Our home is an easy 10-15 minute walk from the beach, Pier, marina, restaurants and pubs. Even closer to supermarkets and the Botanic Gardens with its amazing orchid house.
We are looking for house sitters who are happy to water (maybe a bit of weeding) and mow as necessary, especially if it stays warm and sunny.
Sadly, we have no pets atm so we are just looking for the house to be maintained, the pot plants and various garden areas cared for and the lawns mown when needed.
In exchange we offer a comfortable, easy care home in a quiet, wide street with plenty of time to follow your own interests.

The lawn is flat, and the mower was easy to use. Lovely rainwater tanks to water all the pretty flowers, herbs and fruit. Easy to communicate with and nothing was a problem.
