About this house sitting position in Hervey Bay

We live in a modern tri-level house (main living area upstairs) less than 10 min walk to the beach.
Missy is a cocker spaniel pup & will be almost a year old & Donut is our laid back cat! Missy is crate trained at night and used to being outside when no one’s home, currently needs to be supervised in the house in case she gets up to mischief and no shoes are safe!! She enjoys a daily walk/run on the beach, and loves playing ball.
Donut is low maintenance, affectionate, and just needs to be fed & cat litter cleaned,
No gardening required except maybe lawn mowing, but that can be arranged if needed.
