Short walk around the corner to coffee shop and walking path along the Esplanade.
Public transport pickup at front door to shopping centre when using Translink app. Prefer non smoking and without pets, not suitable for families.
There is no internet for use at the house. Friendly neighbours.
Internal cameras for security and operated by the house sitter when not at the house.
Off street parking in front of the house. External camera in carport covering owners vehicles.
