“We had a wonderful nine-day stay on Hope Island looking after Lily. She is a beautiful, intelligent cat and was a real pleasure to care for. We met Barbara and her husband before the sit and found them exceptionally welcoming. They genuinely wanted us to feel at home and enjoy their property as much as they do. The house itself is lovely and comfortable, with a pool and leafy outdoor area. Nearby, there’s a convenient shopping centre with cafés and restaurants, as well as peaceful waterways ideal for walking. Barbara’s communication was wonderful throughout. She provided clear, detailed notes that covered everything we needed, which made settling in straightforward. We stayed in regular contact while they were away, and everything went smoothly.
