“Meeting Janet was a special experience. She made us feel very welcome, and was so thoughtful in making sure we had everything we needed, and more. She gave us clear and straightforward instructions about how to look after her cat, Milly, to make our job easier. We were able to stay in touch throughout her trip, and she was very appreciative of the photo and video updates we sent. Milly is a beautiful cat with a warm and loving personality. She was very affectionate, and took to us right away, showing her appreciation with cuddles and purrs. We are going to miss her! The house is well appointed, comfortable and cozy, and handy to Hornsby station and shopping centre. All in all, a pleasant stay made even more pleasant by Janet's warmth and care.
