About this house sitting position in Howard

We are looking for someone reliable between the dates above, we would prefer someone with there own caravan, camper which, if fits, can be put under cover where we usually keep our van. Under the house there is a toilet, shower and washing machine and an open area. Looking after the lawn and generally keeping things ticking along would be great. We have a dog however he won't be here while we are away. This is our first time doing this so happy to meet and/or talk through things on the phone before prior to the start date.
