3 b.room home opposite lake. Ducted heating and modern facilities. One spoilt female silver tabby cat and one older male (both de-sexed) need tending. Some hostility between them needing refereeing occasionally but as the male cat is an outside one this doesn't happen often. Lovely garden may need watering of pots. Shopping centre station, bus, post office, banks and all necessary facilities 3 mins drive. Lovely neighbours.
