A gorgeous house on five acres overlooking the Yarra river, only 45minute drive from the city but it feels like the country. The outlook is divine, the gardens beautiful, and it is quiet. The house is lovely, fully equipped, and very comfortable. Two lounge areas, unlimited highspeed internet, and an outdoor spa. No stairs throughout the house. There is a small enclosed orchard and garden beds, and a sweet garden that requires little work. Our dog Lula is a loving, friendly, obedient 10yo American Staffy. She always stays close by, and lets the kangaroos and ducks meander past her without batting an eyelid.

We are in an environmental zone where the landscapes are well cared for and protected, so there is an abundance of flora and fauna. Sorry, you can't being your own pets here.
