“Thank you Vivienne and Grant, We really enjoyed Oscar "the little old man" and appreciated the advice and guidance you gave us in relation to his preferred care - which was invaluable in his daily and evening joy ,as he followed us everywhere and loved lots of pats - the automatic dry food feeder is a great idea. Thanks for guidance to protect your home in stormy weather (which we had) re closing your top deck windows in a coastal location and also arranging supply of gas for the BBQ. We would suggest maybe going forward a written instruction for appliances etc page as is suggested by Mindahome Etiquette.
