Seeking interested, experienced, non smoker house sitters who have a love of cats and gardens while we are away for approx 2 weeks.

Three bedroom plus study and open area kitchen, dining and lounge home with spa pool and spa. The home is set in established gardens and is situated between Surf and Kendall’s Beaches in beautiful Kiama. 3-4 minute walk to each beach. Easy walking distance to town, cafes, parks, The Blowhole etc.

3 loveable Burmese cats who require lots of cuddles, are super affectionate and are indoor mostly but allowed in a cat-proofed confined yard whilst you are home. One is a senior female cat aged 20 and requires a special diet and medication (tablets, capsules and oral liquid) 2x daily. The two others are litter mates aged 10, brother and sister, who enjoy a daily brush. The boy is on a restricted diet after a serious illness in 2025 when we nearly lost him to pancreatitis. His sister is the princess of our three and ‘the scaredy cat’, although loves her pats.

The home is easily managed whilst the garden may need attention and watering, parts by hand and others by watering system. In addition there are several potted plants that need regular watering.

The pool and spa need weekly attention but this is easily done.

We have wonderful and helpful neighbours.

Non smokers please and those who are willing to spend time at home with the occasional outing. References preferred.
