Lovely 3 bedroom home with 2 bathrooms located in the quiet leafy suburb of Leonay.
The house has an internal laundry, split system air conditioning, well appointed kitchen with stone bench tops and large living areas.
We are short walk to the local golf course and bus stop. It is approximately half an hour bus ride to Penrith's CBD or 15 minutes to Emu Plains local shopping centre or Emu Plains Train Station.
I have two dogs
Bella - Border Collie (8 years)
Beau - Border Collie x Kelpie (7 years)
They are extremely friendly and house trained.
