Hi there.

We have a house located in Lilyfield. It’s 5ks from Sydney CBD opposite a great park that flows onto the Drummoyne bay run. Perfect for dog walks/runs both on and off leash.

Our home is a modest 3 bedroom one bathroom house with everything you would need to be comfortable. We have a lovely small backyard which gets plenty of sun - perfect for a coffee or wine to relax from the day.

We have all the usual modern day requirements: coffee machine, smart TV (Netflix and Stan), internet, aircon/heater etc.

We have two beautiful Groodles Theo and Miso. Theo is 16 months old and Miso is coming up to 10 months. Both very loving and affectionate, they are used to my partner and I working from home so love company. Heads up, they do like a snuggle in bed however will get down if told.

They are well behaved, toilet trained and very gentle. They are large fluffy teddy bear dogs that think they are small dogs, they also love to play with their friends in the park and meet them most afternoons for a walk.

Our house is well connected. We have a bus stop right out front and are a 5 minute walk to the tram, local shops and bars (of which there are many). Sydney City is 10 minutes by bus and both the Eastern suburbs or Northern beaches are close approx 30 mins away.

My partner Dan is a bit of a collector and is very house proud. As such we have a comfortable, eclectic and convenient city pad. Read more...
