About this house sitting position in Lurg

My husband and I are travelling to Crete, Greece, to attend our son’s wedding and will be away for approximately one month, from 7 September to 7 October.

We live on a beautiful 240-acre farm with approximately 50 head of cattle. We also have two Jack Russell dogs and a cat. Our home is a charming, older-style farmhouse, surrounded by beautiful countryside and plenty of peaceful walking opportunities.

The farm is located approximately 20 minutes from Benalla and 30 minutes from Wangaratta, providing a lovely rural setting while still being within easy reach of local towns and amenities.

**Responsibilities:**

- Feeding the two dogs once a day
- Feeding the cat once a day
- Feeding/checking the cattle once a week
- General care and supervision of the animals and property

We are looking for someone responsible, trustworthy and comfortable with animals who would enjoy experiencing a peaceful rural lifestyle while caring for our home and animals during our time away.
