About this house sitting position in Macclesfield

We are looking for a person (s) to house and dog sit in Macclesfield, in the Adelaide Hills, South Australia, for 4 days from Friday 20th June to Monday 23rd June 2025 inclusive. Our house-sitter (s) must love dogs and enjoy their company. Our dog, Sammy, is a 15 year old male kelpie-X. He has a touch of arthritis in his back but still loves to have 2 comparatively short walks a day. He loves company and to be played with.

Our house is a single-story open plan layout, with mostly tiled floors, which makes it easy to look after. It has both gas fire and air-conditioning.

Please note that this house is Non-Smoking.

Macclesfield is a small friendly town in the Adelaide Hills, South Australia, with plenty of places to walk. Nearby are the towns of Meadows, Strathalbyn and Mount Barker. All are approximately 20 mins away by car. Mount Barker has all facilities and is close to the freeway into Adelaide, a 40 minute drive from Macclesfield. McLaren Vale, famous for its wineries is also close by and a bit further afield is the Barossa Valley.
