About this house sitting position in Mango hill

Small 3 bedroom duplex with single car garage.
All ground level - unit is at back of block. (See pics) Garage is at front. Driveway is sloping, not flat. I’ve tried to show the incline in the pics.
Only 2 bedrooms furnished (2 queen beds)
Both rooms available to sitter.
Third room is available as well but is set up as a sewing room and office - there is a mattress that can be slept on, on the floor though.
Front of the Garage is available to sitter for a small to average size vehicle ( I fit a MG and a Colorado in ) but anything larger will be a squeeze.
2 bathrooms one with a bathtub (not a huge tub but a bath nonetheless)
No room on site for a caravan but 1 could be parked on the street in front (without power) where the van is parked in the photos.
Washing machine, clothes airer and outside line with clothes dryer,.
Wifi and aircon available.
We need our indoor only cat looked after - so you need to love cats - you need to be able to scoop out cat litter daily and feed her and have cuddles too if you want. She cannot go outside!
coffee machine, big screen tv with all apps, ice maker/ cold water dispenser fridge/freezer.
There is an RO water filter so you will not have to drink tap water.
Will leave you pantry space as well as fridge space.
Contact me if you would like to be around Brisbane for the week We are a 20 min drive to the Redcliffe peninsular there are markets etc there. The train station is a 4 minute walk to take you into the city, Gold Coast or up to the Sunshine Coast. The shopping centre is a 5 min drive or 10 min walk. Uber/Didi are usually only 3 mins away.
