About this house sitting position in Manly

MUST be pet friendly and have a cavoodle and small cat share your bed. Not negotiable.

3 story house in Manly, a bayside suburb of Brisbane. Fully secured yard for 6 yo male cavoodle and 12 yo cat. Cavoodle is used to a morning walk, company during the day, can be left for 4-5 hours (max). He is used to company in the evenings. Would not suit late nights alone. Dog and cat sleep on our bed.
House has views of Morton Bay, island and boat marina views. Walking distance to railway line, 400m, shopping centre Manly Village, 800m and the Manly - Wynnum Esplanade, 600m downhill.
Some garden watering would be required depending on rainfall. A few pots to water.
A lovely deck in the backyard with a table and setting for 8.
Our neighbourhood is quiet with fantastic neighbours.
Would suit single or a couple who are retired, WFH or looking for a relaxing break.
Entry level comprises a sitting room with a sofa bed (rc air con) a study (rc air con), bathroom and seperate toilet and sunroom.
Upper level comprises the main bedroom (rc air con) with walk-in robe and ensuite, 1/2 bathroom, kitchen, dining, living areas (rc air con) leading to a large deck with table and setting for 8 and a day bed. Great views of Morton Bay.
The lower level comprises the laundry and large workshop.
Entry to the back yard can be accessed via stairs on the entry level and through the laundry.
Must provide references and a recent National Police Check document.
We are currently spring cleaning the house and garden, repainting and replacing carpets for new flooring so photos will be provided as areas are completed. Read more...
