About this house sitting position in Marmong Point

Our home is an older lakeside cottage right on beautiful Lake Macquarie, with stunning sunrises over the water each morning. The house is cosy and full of character, with all the essentials for a comfortable stay, but it still has that charming “cottage feel.”
We have a small Maltese poodle who is very much part of the family. She sleeps in our bed and is usually very cuddly, but she does not like being disturbed when in a deep sleep and may give a quick nip (never breaks the skin). We are looking for someone confident with dogs, happy to share a bed with her, and willing to give her the love and attention she is used to.
We also have a rabbit, Pancake, who is very low maintenance. She spends most of her time tucked behind the lounge but needs food and water daily, and her kitty litter changed once while we’re away. She is toilet trained and easy to care for.
We would prefer a person who is good with dogs and comfortable staying in an older style home. In return, you’ll enjoy a peaceful lakeside retreat with a relaxed, homely feel.
