About this house sitting position in Mentone

I have a 2-Bedroom unit. 1 Bedroom is a fully set up office with WIIFI. I work from home.
My unit is very low maintenance, and has a lock up garage for a medium size car. The area is very safe and the neighbours very friendly, I have a range of pot plants that would need watering in warmer months. Lawns are done by Body Corporate.
I have a 9 year old Female Jack Russell called Pixie. She is a rescue dog and initially a little shy until she gets to know you, then she is all over you with heaps of licks!
She needs at least 1.0hr of walks a day, although she would certainly be happy with more! Her recall is not good, particularly when it comes to seagulls and ducks! So on leash walks only please.
She sleeps in her bed, on my bed and sneaks under the covers sometimes. She can also sleep on her bed on the floor in the bedroom.
During the day, depending on the time of year, the back door is always open and she has a doggy door for winter months. We also have a collapsible fence now out front. She can be out there safely while you are at home but not when you aren’t there. There is also a bed in the office that she likes to sit in and watch the postman come and go!
She eats Lyka food that I order and also has fresh bones and treats.
