About this house sitting position in Merrijig
We have a newly renovated 4 bedroom home situated on a 22 acre rural property overlooking the ranges of Mt Buller, Mt Stirling and Timbertop within the High Country of North East Victoria . We have an accommodation business with two self contained cottages on the property. The property is situated approximately 15 minutes from Mansfield where there is a thriving retail sector and supermarkets, cinema and eateries.
Our needs would be for someone to look after the home, the garden and our adorable six year old Cavalier King Charles Spaniels (Saffy and Oscar - sister and brother), their "friend" our beautiful grey very affectionate female cat, named "Shadow". We have hens, three angus cows and a horse called Trigger. We have a swimming pool within the garden area. The garden comprises approximately 2 acres, with many roses, fruit trees, vegetable garden and establishing/established trees.
We would not anticipate having any guests in the cottages at the time that you are required, although I believe there is one date that has been requested for people who have been here before- our daughter would be able to look after the cottages if they were required.
