Hi we have 160 acres of rolling country half cleared half bush 5 minutes drive from Metung on the Gippsland Lakes, East Gippsland Vic
A relatively modern home 4 br 2 bath and garden . Very tranquil with wood fire heater backed up by reverse cycle. Sit on either of the decks and enjoy the morning sun. Fully off grid power with auto diesel genset but a very modern seamless system that runs dishwashers, heaters welders etc
We have chooks, a maremma dog and sheep.
The kitchen is the focus with an AGA gas stove.
The house does have some stairs to the driveway so no suited if you are limited in climbing them.
Also plenty of shedding for caravan or boat and a granny flat
