Welcome to our little slice of paradise in the Byron Hinterland!

We’re looking for a kind and capable house sitter (preferably a couple) to enjoy and care for our peaceful property while we’re away. Our home is a charming two-bedroom Queenslander set on a lush, green 2-acre block, with a crystal-clear creek that wraps around the paddock — complete with a swimming hole for those warm, sunny days.

You’ll be just 12 minutes from the shops and stunning beaches, and only 20-minutes from Byron Bay, so you can enjoy the best of both worlds: hinterland serenity with easy access to vibrant coastal life.

You'll be sharing the space with our gentle 11-year-old Staffy, who’s low-maintenance and loves a bit of company. We also have six happy hens who’ll reward your care with fresh eggs daily — just top up their food and water and they’ll keep you well stocked!

We’d love someone who can keep the garden looking great and mow the lawn using our ride-on mower (it’s more fun than it sounds, we promise).

There’s also an optional opportunity to manage our Airbnb while you're here — a great way to earn a little extra if that interests you.
