About this house sitting position in Mount Royal
Our home is in the bush, about 1 km from the nearest house. It runs on solar power, dam and rainwater, and has WiFi. The setting is peaceful and surrounded by nature, perfect for someone who enjoys solitude. Reliable transport is essential, as the nearest shops and public transport are 45 minutes away.
We need someone to feed and provide water for our two dogs (a Border Collie and a Whippet) and three ducks, take the dogs for a short daily walk, and water some outdoor plants. The dogs sleep inside at night and stay outside during the day.
The ideal person is an animal lover with experience caring for dogs, comfortable in a remote setting, and responsible and trustworthy.
