About this house sitting position in Murrumba Downs

I have a 3 bedroom house in a gated community of seven detached houses. There is a small garden which will be maintained by a landscaper who mows the lawn every two weeks and does the pruning every six weeks.
I have a small, pure-bred Maltese dog who is beautiful, well behaved and my best friend. She will be groomed before I leave but will need a good brushing now and again. She won't walk far but loves a trip in the car as long as the airconditioning is on.
I am leaving on the 8th August and returning on 8 September but you are welcome to arrive the day before I leave so I can give you the heads up on everything.
I am 20 minutes from the Brisbane Airport, 30 minutes from the city (40 minutes by train which is preferable) and 20 minutes from Moreton Bay
